We loved the neighborhood feel of the hotel and the convenience of public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. For the price we paid, we got excellent value at Aparthotel Susa. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to both trains and trams, and within walking distance to the old town square. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests, making us feel at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, as it was quite basic and often ran out of food. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

We had some issues with our luggage and they were very helpful in finding solutions and even lent us some essential items. the hotel also offered convenient parking options and had a 24-hour reception, which made our stay much more convenient. the hotel was located in a great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and was just a short distance away from many popular attractions.

Excellent location: close to the tram stop and within walking distance to beautiful parks. Convenient transportation options: the hotel is very close to a tram station with convenient routes to various parts of the city. Nice area: the hotel is located in a pleasant area not far from the center. Friendly and helpful staff: the hotel staff answered all our questions with a smile and assisted with any requests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located along tram line 22, making it easy to get around. The nearby metro station was also a bonus. Secondly, the rooms were well equipped with a small kitchen, which was great for making meals. The large bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Lastly, the breakfast included muesli and was a great way to start the day.
All in all, everything was okay.
